Dr. Farah Mofid-Woo (Dr. Woo) is a board-certified family physician who has 30 years of experience caring for individuals and families through all stages of life. Dr. Woo has worked with diverse populations including Afghan, and Ethiopian refugees, Sudanese refugees in Israel, orphans in Ramallah, Latino immigrants in the US, and earthquake victims in Peru.  She has extensive experience working as a public health physician, urgent care, telemedicine, women’s health care, including women’s health procedures, and in office procedures. Dr. Woo was the medical director at NVCC Health Center Network and the supervising physician for George Mason University MAP Clinics.  She was an assistant professor of medicine at NVCC, adjunct professor and Thesis committee member at GMU. Dr. Woo has also been the featured speaker at different venues including Women’s health at the American Cancer Society. Dr. Woo graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Biology, going on to receive her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at VCU, Fairfax Family Practice Centers. Dr Woo lives in Fairfax, VA with her husband, Chung Woo, a physician, and her goldendoodle, Charlie Brown. She has three children, two sons, Cameron and Christian and Nicole her daughter in law. Dr. Woo enjoys family and church activities, Bible study and teaching, watching Korean dramas with her husband, playing with her puppy, learning other languages, orange theory fitness, cooking ethnic foods, baking and learning about other cultures. Dr Woo is multi-lingual, speaking Farsi, Spanish and is currently working on learning Korean. Dr. Woo is currently working with clients at the Reston office as she awaits renewal of her Maryland license.

Dr. Vasiliadis is a graduate of Langley High School, Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his Family Practice residency training at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He is board certified in Family Practice and has been practicing adult and pediatric medicine in the Northern Virginia area since 1994. Since 2003, he has been honored by selection to the list of our area’s “Best Doctors” by both the Washingtonian and Virginia Business magazines. Dr. Vasiliadis tutors medical students from Georgetown University Medical School and the George Washington School of medicine, where he is an Assistant Clinical Instructor. He has served on both the Fairfax County Medical Society and the Reston Hospital Medical Care Review committees. He has enjoyed his role as ‘Team Physician’ for multiple youth sports’ programs. His special interests include sports medicine, exercise science and pediatrics. However, he enjoys caring for the entire family. Dr. Vasiliadis married Lynne Epperly from Fairfax, Virginia in 1989. They have two adult children and reside in Reston, Virginia. His passions include golf, poker and training his Golden-doodle, Bella. Dr. Vasiliadis’ panel is full and he is not accepting new clients at this time.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Kelleher is a board-certified Family Physician who has practiced in the Northern Virginia area since 1996. Dr. Kelleher received his Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed his residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kelleher has been ranked by his peers as a Washingtonian Magazine’s “Top Doctor” for multiple years, as well as having been selected by Washington Consumer’s Checkbook, nationally by the Best Doctors company, and internationally by Castle Connelly continuously since 2009 as a top Primary Care Physician. Since 2008 he has worked with medical students as an Assistant Clinical Instructor for GWU Department of Medicine. He has served on the Reston Hospital’s Infectious Disease committee and has served as a member of the local county school system’s Family Life Education Curriculum Advisory Committee. He has spoken locally and nationally on subjects including migraine management, smoking cessation and health information technology, with a focus on personalized apps and wearables to better improve health care reform. He serves as the Medical Director for eDoc4u, an online Health Risk Assessment company, and has been the Medical Director of the award-winning Nurse Advocacy Program at SRA International. He has special interests in Sports Medicine, migraine headache, Adolescent Medicine, smoking cessation and health information technology, with a focus on personalized apps and wearables to better improve health. His hobbies include the Sciences and American history. He enjoys all sports, especially golf, volleyball and football. He lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife, Karen, and their son, Brayden. Dr. Kelleher’s panel is full and he is not accepting new clients at this time.

Dr. Ryan G. Bosch,

Dr. Bosch graduated from the University of Virginia as an Echols scholar. He completed his medical school training at the top of his class at UVA on a full U.S. Air Force scholarship. After completing a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in aerospace medicine in the USAF, Dr. Bosch served in the Air Force as a highly decorated physician officer, and ultimately became the Chief of Flight Medicine at the Pentagon. In this capacity, Dr. Bosch was the personal physician to the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of the Air Force. Upon separating from the USAF, Dr. Bosch joined the George Washington University (GWU) MFA academic practice and took on the leadership of their 30-physician internal medicine division. As Director of General Medicine, Dr. Bosch founded their Executive Health Center, developed their teaching curriculum and became a physician leader on the White House Medical Team. Dr. Bosch has been the personal physician and health advisor for the Vice President, many cabinet leaders, celebrities, local CEOs and international dignitaries. In addition to being board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Bosch holds an MBA in health care informatics from GWU School of Business. Notable personal accolades include authoring the HIMSS national article of the year in The Journal of Healthcare Information Management for his rapid implementation methodology. For his innovative clinical work in technology, Dr. Bosch was named one of three “Microsoft Clinicians of the Year.” Dr. Bosch was also honored locally as a “Best Doctor” by the Washingtonian magazine. Dr. Bosch’s current clinical practice panel is closed to his current patients only at this time. Dr. Bosch has special medical interests in preventive care, clinical informatics, sports medicine and nutrition. He lives in McLean with his wife and two children. Dr. Bosch’s favorite past time is coaching his kids’ sports and playing basketball. Dr. Bosch has limited availability and is accepting new clients by direct referral only.

Michelle’s nursing career began as a nursing assistant in 2004. In 2006, she graduated with honors and her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and joined the Army. She moved to Northern Virginia in 2007, where she worked at Walter Reed Army Medical Center for nearly four years. In 2013, Michelle graduated with honors and her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner ever since. She considers it an honor and a privilege to come alongside people, be invited into their lives, and help them along their journey. She is thrilled to have found Executive Healthcare Services, with all of its wonderful clients and great staff, and be able to call it home. Michelle is married with two girls, two dogs, three cats, and seven chickens. In her free time, she likes to stay active running, cycling, and has even done a couple half-Ironman triathlons. Her hobbies include an aquaponics system to grow her own Koi and Kale, as well as tending their mini-orchard with fruit trees, grape vines, and berries.

Dana is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nursing from George Washington University. She is a second-career nurse with previous degrees from The University of Chicago and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Dana’s prior nursing experience focused on weight management and improving metabolic health, as well as the care of cardiac patients, many of whom had additional chronic illnesses such as diabetes and kidney disease. She prioritizes understanding the needs and concerns of each client and welcomes the opportunity to assist them in moving toward their specific health goals. Dana has a passion for working with clients to explore the root causes of optimal (and suboptimal) health. Focusing on the underlying drivers of health can help identify which steps clients might find useful and practical as they address their particular health-related challenges and goals. Based on each person’s health status and preferences, she aims to provide the information, support, and encouragement needed to optimize health and wellness. Dana is originally from Knoxville, TN, has lived in Chicago, Boston, and New Delhi, and is a long-time resident of northern Virginia. In her free time, Dana enjoys meditating, reading, walking and rucking outdoors, and learning about a variety of topics and skills, including trying to learn how to play bagpipes. She and her husband are the proud parents of two adult children, and as a family they enjoy opportunities to spend time together visiting national parks and playing elaborate board games.

Laura Kennedy, FNP-BC is a native of Northern Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Tech (Bachelors) and George Mason University (Masters). As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she is trained in pediatric care, women’s health, sports medicine, and general family medicine. While working at our sister practice, Generations Family Medicine, Laura was consistently acknowledged by patients and colleagues for her exceptional clinical skill, compassionate bedside manner, and personalized approach to primary care. When GFP closed in 2017, we were thrilled to have Laura accept our invitation to join the clinician team at Executive Healthcare Services. Her special interests include Women’s Health, Adolescent Medicine, preventive medicine, and acute medical care. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Laura worked for over 5 years as a Registered Nurse with a focus in Pediatrics and Women’s Health. After starting in outpatient pediatrics, she later became Charge Nurse of Inova Fairfax Hospital’s 98 bed Family Centered Care Units. There, Laura also served as a Patient Experience Champion and a preceptor for newly hired nurses. Since joining the EHS team in 2018, Laura has most enjoyed the time she has been able to spend caring for, and developing relationships with, our clients. As the first female provider EHS had in over 12 years, Laura was eager to bring her background and expertise in Women’s Health to the practice. Laura is currently affiliated with The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and The Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Laura grew up in rural Virginia surrounded by many animals including conventional house pets and some more notable pets such as a fostered squirrel and an insulin-dependent diabetic cat. Her family’s most recent four-legged addition is a registered paint horse named Oreo. Laura enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports (Go Hokies!), and spending time outdoors. She has a passion for continuing education and is always eager to expand her knowledge base. Laura, her husband, a CPA, their daughter and two kitties, reside in Centreville, Virginia. Laura is currently on an extended leave of absence.

Jessica Alfree, DNP, FNP-BC graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Francis University where she competed as an NCAA Division I scholarship swimmer. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, with a concentration in Family Medicine, at George Mason University in 2019. Though born in Fairfax, Jessica has lived throughout the United States and spent 4 years living in Pakistan as a young child. Prior to attaining her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica worked for 7 years as a registered nurse with experience in the Pediatric ICU at Children’s National Hospital, as well as the Postpartum/Newborn Nursery Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Jessica worked as a charge nurse and a new hire preceptor. She also enjoyed taking part in multiple committees, including The Patient Experience Committee. While in graduate school, Jessica’s doctoral project focused on empowering the pediatric primary care team to implement and sustain screening for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. After graduating from GMU with her advanced practice degree, she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a large family medicine practice in Northern Virginia, where she was consistently rated as a 5-star family medicine provider by her patients. While Jessica learned valuable clinical skills and knowledge from working in this busy and challenging environment, she also recognized the value of taking the time to ensure high-quality patient and family-centered care. She prioritizes developing strong professional relationships and delivering personalized care to her patients and their families. Jessica is trained to provide acute and chronic care management across the lifespan, and especially enjoys adolescent health, women’s health, and mental health. Jessica lives with her husband, and their daughter. Jessica’s husband is an engineer, Navy veteran, and is currently serving as a Captain in the US Air Force, assigned in North Carolina. Jessica enjoys swimming, running, and visiting her family scattered across the United States Jessica continues to work with the EHS clinician team on a part-time, remote basis.
